Robert Pattinson’s Dating Advice
Tuesday, July 28, 2009
He’s one of the most desirable leading men in Hollywood, and Robert Pattinson has offered advice to all the guys out there on how to keep the ladies interested.
During a recent interview, the “Twilight” hunk explained that it’s always best to “treat ‘em mean, keep ‘em keen.”
“It’s weird, but girls always seem like that. Being a guy, you always just look at girls and think: ‘Why are you with that guy?’ With virtually anyone, the nice guys always seem to come last.”
He continued, “You always get weirdos like Edward who seem to attract women for some reason. If Edward wasn’t a fictional character and you met him in reality, he is like one of those guys who would probably be an axe murderer or something.”

Yeah I read his comment about Edward before which I'm sure was tongue in cheek coming from him. Edward would not be an axe murderer, Rob, you know that. He has a lot of admirable qualities, despite the fact that he is a vampire and I don't believe Rob feels he would treat any woman he's involved with mean. That's utter nonsense!
And besides the fact Rob is NOT Edward so I don't understand why this bullshit article makes the correlation between treating a woman nasty and his Edward character. Because Edward LOVES Bella and tries to keep her away from him sacrificing his own feelings for her.
Rob trust me, most intelligent, mature women DO NOT want to be treated mean, and if that's what you really think it's no wonder you can't find someone who wants to be in a relationship with you. Most women, plain and simple want to be love and to love as well. Being a nice guy doesn't mean you will automatically be boring you know.
Women are always fascinated by a character who is a bit tortured, but basically deep down who is good. See the portrait of 'Cole Turner' one of my favorite bad boys from the eight year season long series, "Charmed."
Women went wild over his portrayal of a half human half demon character. He was so loved that he appeared in three full seasons. Of course Julian McMahon played him in a way no one else could have. He's such a great actor! That's the way I feel about Rob playing Edward. I rest my case..
